Engineers to be a good manager

As an engineering graduate passing out of college I feel a great privilege to write on this topic.Engineering education should be cherished and I would suggest students to learn and imbibe most good qualities (management aspects)too along with technologies.There is some thing expected out of this course.Good productive engineers are made when there is a zeal to learn.Colleges provides abundant facilities to develop our managing power.One such opportunity I found during my college days was the concept of paper presentation.

Here a team of two or three work together so as to deliver a concept in their mind need not be technical these ideas can throw your area of interest;ideas not yet implemented;some interesting findings etc.This would build good communication,team work and practical thinking capabilities.And your ideas are rewarded if good by symposiums organised by various colleges.
