As an engineering graduate passing out of college I feel a great privilege to write on this topic.Engineering education should be cherished and I would suggest students to learn and imbibe most good qualities (management aspects)too along with technologies.There is some thing expected out of this course.G
ood productive engineers are made when there is a zeal to learn.Colleges provides abundant facilities to develop our managing power.One such opportunity I found during my college days was the concept of paper presentation.Here a team of two or three work together so as to deliver a concept in their mind need not be technical these ideas can throw your area of interest;ideas not yet implemented;some interesting findings etc.This would build good communication,team work and practical thinking capabilities.And your ideas are rewarded if good by symposiums organised by various colleges.
